Directions to camp:

NOTE: In the Province of Quebec, the word NORD (French) is used for NORTH

FROM NEW YORK
Highway 87 North (thruway) to the Border.
From the Border, take the AutoRoute (Highway 15 nord); follow it through the city - heading North . [In the city it changes for a while to Decarie Blvd. - so keep looking for the signs that follow to the 15 nord].
Stay on the 15 nord till it ends at that point the highway automatically turns into the 117 nord, (do not get off the highway!) which will pass St. Jovit, the city of Labelle (which will be the third traffic light from the start of the highway).

From the light at Labelle continue on the 117 nord for 3 Miles to the next yellow blinking light, at which point there will be a intersection with only a left turn available - "Chemin De La Minerve".  (As a sign that you are at the correct intersection - there will be large light blue tanks with the name "Labelle Asphalt" - on the far left corner).

At the corner of Chemin De La Minerve make a left turn, and follow the road for 8 miles, you will see Camp Gan Israel on the right side.

FROM ONTARIO (TORONTO, OTTAWA)
Take Highway 401 (to Montreal) East.
Turns into (becomes) 40 East, take till you can get onto 15 North, take till becomes 117 North. From there follow Directions From New York.

FROM DORVAL AIRPORT
Exit on 520 (cote de liesse) towards Montreal till 13 North, take till you can get onto 15 North (towards St. Jerome), from there follow Directions from New York.
